New management, new ambitions, and a 110-year old legacy of quality manufacturing seemed like the right ingredients for modernizing the Pella brand. We dug deep into the innovation practices of the company, the cultural DNA of its people, and the minds of its most discerning customers to unlock a new brand promise.
Very few companies go to the lengths Pella does to make sure their products are built to last and also beautifully built. We leveraged this truth to appeal to consumers aspirational desires and pragmatic needs in advertising, design, social, and digital channels. We also reconceived and redesigned the Pella showrooms to better deliver on this promise in the retail channels.
